Our Materiality
In 2021, we carried out our first materiality process to identify the topics considered as priorities for our sustainable strategy.
We assessed the perceptions of internal and external stakeholders, shareholders, business partners, employees, suppliers, customers and universities through interviews and online surveys. The topics considered relevant by these audiences were cross-referenced with Geo's E, S and G pillars and with industry benchmarking data.
As a result, eight priority themes were chosen for Geo that generate internal and external impacts. These themes guided the definition of the Company's sustainable strategy and sustainability objectives.
