Since joining Geo in 2022, I have been proud to be part of a company that promotes decarbonization and supports environmental causes. As an executive assistant, I have seen firsthand how the company values its employees, encouraging our growth and providing daily learning.

I have always dreamed of working with biofuels, an area that combines innovation and sustainability. Since 2021, at Geo, I have found the opportunity to grow and contribute to challenging projects. As a Process Engineering Specialist, it is rewarding to see the positive impact of our work on the development of biogas plants and transformative solutions.

I am proud to be part of Geo, a company that transforms waste into clean energy and values its employees. Since 2013, I have been on a journey of learning and professional development, until I became the operations supervisor of the Tamboara plant. Seeing the positive impact on the renewable energy sector is inspiring, and with commitment, I believe we will continue to grow and transform challenges into opportunities.

In 2021, I joined Geo inspired by biodigestion, which I learned about in high school as an innovative renewable source. I started as a trainee and, today, as a civil project supervisor, I proudly follow the company's evolution. From a small team, we have grown and structured ourselves to meet the demands of sustainable energy and fuels, combining technology and sustainability in a complete production cycle.

When I joined Geo as an intern in 2020, I was eager to learn and make a difference. Over these five years, I grew in QC and R&D until I became coordinator of the Geo Research Center, leading projects that develop technologies for biogas and promote innovative and sustainable solutions.
